I have data in notepad, but would like to know how do I identify the carriage return, as I would like to place all onto one line?

I am new to texpipe and I am having difficulty understandingthe filters
my problem is outlind below, I need to transform all into excel fields

One of the difficulties is separation into different fields and clean unwanted characters
Any suggestions?
