After updating to Windows 10 21H2 TextPipe 12 wan't start.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
How to solve this problem?

I thing I found a bug.
When the folder name (source or destination) is like "03. something"...

Ribbon menu works only in 11.4

How to change filter below to get expected result?

When you save filters " a.fll " and " b.fll " and in preferences when you check "Reopen last filter" than close TextPipe and click the " b.fll " from folder he opens first " a.fll " and next opens " b.fll ". :(
I thing he should open only " b.fll " because we click on the file *.fll
and Reopen last ...

The order is obvious, first select filter then delete them...
