In TextPipe Standard 8.8 this subfilter is not grayed out, which implies it's become available in the Standard edition.
The contextual help for this subfilter starts with "Found under Filters\Special (Pro version only)".
I suggest you update the help file to ensure that subfilters recently migrated from Pro to Standard are correctly (consistently) described in this regard.
Likewise, the first section of this web-page also refers to TextPipe Pro, which should also be corrected.
