Help a Newbie extract information from text list

Hi can someone help, I would like to extract contact information from a large text file with lots of records like this eg. see below

Industry: food
Type: Permanent
Position: chef
Skills: soup, meals etc
Location: coventry
Advertiser: Cheft Ltd
Business Type: Agency
Contact: Joe Bloggs
Phone: 01234 567899
Fax: 01234 567898
Email: mailto:ch@rp.com

Try using EasyPattern Helper in conjunction with TextPipe.
