There's a problem in comment filters if one pastes text containing some (e.g.) Hebrew Unicode characters into the filter.
It becomes very difficult to edit afterwards.
I think the underlying editor component is not fully compliant with the Unicode bidirectional algorithm.

I an confirm that this is still an issue even in the x64 build, using http://www.i18nguy.com/unicode/shma.html
The text gets left-justified which I assume is incorrect.
We'll revisit it once everything else is working (bug filed)
