Help for the File Menu needs updating

The File Menu page in TextPipe Help is very much out of date and doesn't match the changes made by the release of version 10.0.x

Please update it to match the new Ribbon UI.

Yes, this took some doing, but all the ribbons have now been added. There is certainly a huge amount of functionality now visible in the interface!
