Filter help selecting end-of-line punctuation or symbol

How can I select (extract) all lines with text ending with a comma (or, other symbol or punctuation), for example:
abc,
telecom,
georgia,

I know these issues are discussed in the "Help Section", but there just aren't enough examples in there to help me fully understand how use them. Please consider including more examples in the "Help Section".
