Find/Replace + change color

Sorry if this topic has already been covered, I did not see any messages relating to it.

I would like to know if there is a way to not only find and replace certain words or phrases, but also change the color of them in the process? I have looked and do not see any way to do this. It would be very nice if it could be done as that would make it much easier to view the changes in large files. Thanks for your help!

Do you mean in a text file? If so, this is impossible, as text files don't support color or fonts
