Append Name of File

I am data mining unstructured web content contained in many files. I need to know the file in which mined data resides. Is there a way to append the name of the originating file to the end of a line of data?

Yes - use an Add Right Margin filter, with text of

@fullInputFilename

See the right-click menu for more macros.
