Word's Track Changes causing trouble

I am currently evaluating WordPipe for use in our Tech Authoring dept.

You might like to note that, when working with documents with tracked changes turned on, WordPipe throws a wobbly if it finds the search term inside a deleted text comment balloon. The text is deleted from the comment, and the replacement text is added to the actual document (instead of within the deleted text).

The work-around is to make sure Use Balloons is set to Never in Tools... Options... Track Changes, and for good measure Deletions is set to Hidden. I am then happy to report it all seems to be fine.
