TextPipe Help file - Internet Explorer script errors

Post by dfhtextpipe »

When I selected either of the following pages in the TextPipe help file, there is a popup dialog to tell me there is an Internet Explorer Script Error!
  • XXEncode
    XXDecode
There seems to be a missing semicolon expected.

It works fine here - what version of IE do you have?

At home I run IE7 under WinXP SP3, though I also have Firefox 2 installed as my default browser.
MS apps are fully patched on Security updates.

Do you have trouble with any other Windows apps that use html help?

Hi Simon,

I am not aware of any. Moreover, it was only those two pages that gave the scripting error. Other help pages worked fine.

Best regards,

David

PS. I have just emailed you the error dialogs as PNG files.
