Once again I have overwritten my source files because I forgot to set the output to something other than file. As far as I can tell Textpipe will always default to this setting. Is there some way to change this behavior so that textpipe defaults to either changing the extension or clipboard output?
Thanks,
Nick Magerl

Re: Default File Output Behavior
Along these lines...but, possibly a different question. I want to process a file (or file set) without modifying the original file extension. Is there a configuration to do this? While reviewing the File output mode option I didn't see an intuitive option that indicates "leave original file alone and output to something else" functionality.

Re: Default File Output Behavior
See the Output Filter's 'Single File Output' option, or the Output Folder option.
