Result: 1 line limit reached

What does the error '1 line limit reached' indicate?

I am trying to split a single .txt file into many files.

I have a text file containing 10 separate HTML pages separated by \255 (ÿ) which I selected as the file to process.

In the filters, I have 3 steps -
Input from file(s)
[X] Confirm before processing each file
[ ] Confirm before processing read/only files
[ ] Delete input files after processing

Process binary files
Split at char 255, filename %4.4d count 1

Output to file(s)
[ ] Only update date on changed files
[ ] Keep original file's date and time
[ ] Append mode
[X] Change extension to: .cfm
Output folder: D:\eisenhowermemorial.org\presidential-papers\second-term\documents
[ ] Maintain folder structure

Why is it not splitting the file into many?

Strange, can you send me the filter and the sample file? Which version of TextPipe was this?

I went past it somehow - so working fine now.

However, just curious - what does that error mean?

After checking - this is the logging limit. Check the root node of your filter tree.
