Don't run other application when the the file changes occur

I don't need to run any other softwares when the FileMonitor 3.33 dectects the file changes, only the log file makes sence for me, how should I do this?

Just use the dummy command - dummy.bat.

There used to be a command called
empty_task.exe
but this was removed from recent builds. We have added it back in for the next build, as running this is much faster than running dummy.bat.
