Insert into database is not finding Name

Post by rfalkenberg@netblue.com »

Just finished setting up the full versions of ResumePipe and TextPipe running on XP sp1 with Outlook 2003. Resumepipe runs fine against a mailbox and Textpipe is inserting the data into the database correctly for the most part.

The thing its not getting at all well is the person's name. For the most part it seems to be pulling in random bits of the email. Any suggestions for correcting this problem would be appreciated.

Hi Bob,

Finding a name is notoriously difficult - we can only use a rule of thumb.
