changes made; still search result

I'm using ExcelPipe 2.7

I do a search/replace. Result dialog-box "Files changed" displays <sourcepath>\<filename> Changes made, number unknown

If I do a second search/replace on same <sourcepath> same result with same files!??

I use XP sp2, MS office 2003.

Are you clicking the 'Search Only' button or the 'Replace' button?
