Looking for TextPipe Filter

Hello,

I am new to company that has just replaced their I.T person with me. I am trying to following a procedure using TextPipe, but it is calling for me to use a filter called CDR.fil. I cannot find this filter, and was wondering where it might be located. Or perhaps it was a custom filter? I appreciate any help with this.

No filter called by that name is installed when TextPipe is installed.

It must be a bespoke filter developed by your predecessor.
