If you run a TextPipe filter from the Windows Shell Extension, the filter does not get added to the Recent Filters list.
Please provide a Tick Box option in general Preferences to allow the user to choose this.
If you need to edit a filter just after you've used like this (for the first time in a long while), it would make it easier to find.

This is not added so that adhoc usage does not interfere with editing. A more generally useful way of doing this might be to append the filter filename to the description shown in the Windows Explorer Status Bar.
