In TextPipe v10.8, Add Restriction Header/Footer works OK, but the actual filters are still entitled Section Header/Footer.
Moreover, the Help pages for these two filters are still entitled Header/Footer without the word Restriction.
It would be sensible to sort out these inconsistencies.
