That is very strange. Please drop us an email for an extension - no problem.
Can we do a desktop share (e.g. go connect, TightVNC, Microsoft Live Messenger) so that we can see what is going on here?

That would work fine. I'm available anytime 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5. I've sent an email to Data Mystic support, but I still haven't received the extension notification email. I sent the request on Friday, the 30th of April. Thanks for your help.

Hi Jeremy - missed you for today. Can you please send us another email (I cannot find your extension request) and we will hookup tomorrow. Please get TightVNC installed.
