packed decimal EBCDIC to ASCII against the given copybook

Hi,
I have 3 files which are in EBCDIC format with packed decimals as per the layout specified in the copybook.These needs to be converted to ASCII.
I tried to find filter to use the copy book but cudnt.
Can you please guide me through?
