Im new with the program so please bear with me.

I would like to delete text that falls between two "variables"

such as

*****START*****
I want this to be deleted no matter how many lines of text may fall between the start and end.
*****END*****

I had got really confused trying to understand easy pattern.. tried to find some kind of wildcard or something..

Thanks in advance...
