if I run textpipe program How I got date Time create File (Not function date tim in macro)

I want to get "Date - time create Inputfile"

example : you right click on file --> see property, You can know file type , date created.

My question is If I run textpipe from input C:\Testfile.txt, "Can I put date created file into Header file or any where ?"
