Add support for Recent places in Windows 7

Simon,

It would be useful if the Open filter, and Save as dialogs could also make use of the Recent places feature in Windows 7.

Likewise for all other file open/saveas operations.

Will do David. Off for a week's annual leave sea kayaking in the Whitsunday Islands, then back to do more changes!
