Replace list filter - increase the height of the list

There being ample grey space unused in the replace/list filter, please consider to increase the height of the list editing table.
This would reduce the need to use vertical scrolling.

Yes, thought this was fixed with form properties in the past, now forcibly solved with code for the next release.

Yes, I wrestled with this code for 3 hours, and at the end of what should have been a simple task, it was worse than before. So I reversed out the changes. I am sorry, but for now this one has beaten me.
Delphi's resizing code does not seem to work in this case.
I wonder if a quick hack might work - like a button that says 'Grow to window' or similar. I will give that a shot today.

Yes, unfortunately. I am sure there is a bug in the resizing code (not ours in this case)!
Will try another avenue when we next revisit this section.
