New features
- Active Insulin Time - previously only 3 hours, now allows values from 2 to 8 hours (or more), especially useful for paediatric use, see http://www.managebgl.com/settings-physiology.html
- 'Factors' allow for insulin to be magnified or reduced by exercise, sickness etc
- New 'Meal Times and Carbs' allows carb values to be preset for each manual - saving you manual data entry. Applies to both Carb entry and Bolus Wizard screen, see http://www.managebgl.com/settings-meals.html
- API allowing third party devices to upload diabetes data

- Avatar uploading now working
- Auto-login from expired session when set to non sub-account now working properly
