Charts now show shaded night-time regions, with midnight shown as a solid line.
Various display fixes for mg/dL values.
In Logs, dotted lines separate days from each other, and night-time values are shown shaded, as they are for charts. The Delete icon is now further away from the Edit link.
HbA1C values can now be recorded in old % or new mmol/mol units. In logs or reports, the conversion to the opposite style is also given.
