ManageBGL 1.3 - even more new stuff!

- New support for Sensor BGLs - both on import and in chart displays
- We've just updated the import for DEXCOM CGMS to fix imported BGLs, as well as to import sensor data.
- The Apidra profile has been updated to be 30 minutes shorter
- The Levimir profile has been updated - there was a bug where it was modelled as a bolus, not a basal insulin
- New Split View for editing ratios and logs in the top screen, while seeing the changes in the bottom screen
- New Meters, CGMS and Pumps added
- New import for Freestyle Insulinx (.tab format)
- New date/time range facility on logs and chart to review old values or to 'check the future'
- In-place editing in log view - just click to edit a time or value
- Charts can now be clicked to add a BGL, Carbs or Insulin at the selected point
