ManageBGL 1.4 - New Copilot XML import and Dex Tab import

- New specific templates for Android app
- Added new Copilot XML import and Dex Tab import
If you have any new samples for us to import, please either email them to us, or attempt to import them. On failure, our system will email us the file for investigation.
- Added ability to Wash data to eliminate duplicate records and or merge manually entered with imported data.
- Fixed BGL screen not looking to the target Active Insulin Time Hours ahead when recommending a correction
- Fixed API including error calls
- New improved icons
- PNG graphics throughout
- Fixed password reset / resend capability
- Fixed browser time zone mismatch warning overwriting browser detection logic
