I have mapped a drive to a server that has dirdate installed and when I execute the below syntax I get an error message that says "Error with SetFileTime - The handle is invalid"

dirdate -IGNORE=OnBase.ID -R -READONLY LASTACCESS= date=5/25/2013 Z:\

This implies that the ability to set the (folder) date is not supported - what type of file system is Z:\ ?

I don't have any knowledge about this. can anybody tell the brief description about this error.
