TextPipe path for Installed Filters?

TextPipe (Windows Shell) still looks for the Installed Filters in the wrong place. e.g. in
C:\Program Files\DataMystic\TextPipe\
rather than in
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\DataMystic\TextPipe

Is this because the installation setup no longer overwrites the existing user's set of Windows Shell extensions?

cf. I have never removed the 12 filters that come installed for Windows Shell extensions.
I have only ever added new ones to my own set of extensions.

I think you are right. I have uninstalled and reinstalled under Windows 7, and I get:

C:\Users\Simon Carter\Documents\DataMystic\TextPipe\sysadmin\split files.fll

as a path for the first entry.
