Scenario: Multiwave and Extended Bolus

My Accu-CHECK Aviva combo supports Multiwave and extended bolus delivery. Multi-wave delivers insulin in multiple doses to help mitigate the risk of high BG preceded by a low BG for example when eating pizza. Extended bolus is useful when eating a meal over an extended period of time, for example when snacking on popcorn when out watching a movie. How does PredictBGL handle these scenarios?
