If you're running a filter that will take a long time to complete, and you get on with something else for the time being,
it would be nice if the progress indicator for TextPipe was reflected by a growing green background in the taskbar icon for TextPipe.
i.e. Similar to how some other Windows programs work, such as downloading a big file in browsers such as Firefox.

Hi David - we might hold off for the x64 release for this one. It's too messy with the older x32 code.
