Our company is changing to a new fileserver and i'm in the process of changing the excel files with the excelpipe 7.4 tool.
A lot of times the tool seems to hang for a few minutes and i need to use the force close button. If i go to the errors tab i see that most of the errors are 'remote procedure call failed'.

for example : W:\Trading\Flow\Copy of Financial Flow Books.xlsm worksheet:2 term:W:\Compta\Risk_Control\NOVATION\-The remote procedure call failed

This means than Microsoft Excel has crashed and needs to be killed.
