After converting to PDF, can textpipe highlight all the search results in PDF based on search pattern? If it can use different colours to highlight different found results in the pdf file, it will be very convenient for commenting and editing. If not, may I suggest this kind of filter? TextPipe has a filter to Convert PDF to text.

It has no filter to Convert text to PDF.

The premise of your question is mistaken.
