Getting version 4.1

I am a bit confused! I just pruchased a license for FileWatcher, installed it and it tells me that version 3.9 has been installed and there is a newer version 4.1. It asks if I want it, tells me to login to my DataMystic account to see it. Doing so, I can not find this update to download. Where is it hidden for me as a fresh customer who wants the newest version?
Btw: Can I use Powershell scripting as I am working under Win 10 and VBScript is said to be outdated?!
