Logging in constantly

Been using Jade since the summer, did a hardship renew for January (husband left me, 2 kids to handle on a part time income) and paid 1 month for February as of yesterday. Now every time I open the app on my phone I have to log in and go through the tutorial to enter my blood sugar and calculate my insulin dose. Any ideas? I have an iPhone XR, iOS 14.4 I believe and I’m in the United States.
