Suggestion: Support Markdown in TextPipe Comment filters

Here's a suggestion to consider for making Comment filters even more versatile.

Add support for Common MarkDown in Comment filters.

Provide an UI option to switch between Edit & Preview while editing a Comment filter.

NB. Some restrictions may be required as regards the scope of which MarkDown features might be supported.
