Fixed Windows Explorer shell extension - was starting the filter one row down from the correct one.

So far the Explorer shell extension does not work OK with v7.7 beta.

Although I uninstall and reinstall TTP for several times, it is still not OK.

This is fixed in 7.7.1, you may need to reboot/logout after uninstall, and manually remove contmenu.dll from TextPipe's folder.
