When I insert the comment filter, if the comment is too long, the filter name shown in the area of "My Filter List" is too long because it tries to display all the words in the comment box.

Perhaps it will be better to provide an option so that users can choose whether only the first line is shown in the area of "My Filter List".

It doesn't display all the words, it displays about the first 100 characters.
