"The RPC Server is Unavailable"

I'm using TextPipe Pro 7.9.3 on Windows XP Professional. I'm getting an error popup "The RPC Server is Unavailable" in the middle of a text processing run involving 173 files. I get the error when it hits somewhere around file 122-124 (it varies). This is after I've gotten several warnings saying that files have caused serious errors on previous runs -- I skip all those files. (Is there a way to do this automatically?)

After I get the RPC error, though, I can't get the process to continue. I click "OK" and TextPipe displays the errors tab of the results window. I don't get my output file. No errors are displayed in the errors tab, even about the files I had to skip.

Any suggestions? I actually need to be able to process a lot more files than this. I can do them in smaller batches if TextPipe just can't handle this many files, but I had the impression it would be able to handle a larger number than this.
