How to open URL links from a list?

How to load/insert many URL links into: "2 File to Process" tab?
"Load a file list from a file" button dosen't work properly.

The 'load a file list from a file' button works fine here - what is going wrong there?
In the next release we have a 'paste file list from clipboard' button.
