I am a new user of Textpipe. How can I extract two columns from Excel to tab delimited text and add a " symbol to the end of each column ?

Use Filters\Convert\Excel spreadsheets to text, then
Filters\Convert\CSV\CSV to Tab-delimited, then
Filters\Restrict\Delimited fields (CSV, Tab, Pipe, etc) and inside this:
Filters\Add\Left margin
Filters\Add\Right margin
