You cannot Drag and Drop a file from an application with low security privileges (such as Windows Explorer) to a high security application (e.g. one started with administrator privileges).

To fix the problem, right click on TextPipe's short cut in the Start Menu, and choose the Compatibility tab.

Under Run this program in compatibility mode for, select Windows XP (Service Pack 2).

Uncheck Run this program as Administrator
