TextPipe's maximum file size is only dictated by Windows - 4 GB with a FAT32 file system, and 4 billion GB under NTFS.
If the data needs to stay in TeraData then use an DataPipe with an ODBC connection to TeraData to make the change directly there, rather than exporting and importing.
