Hi Brent,
If your current filter is stored coincidentally in the working path (usually the TP install default install folder, c:\program files\datamystic\textpipe), then the folder open will magically work.
TP does not change any filters when you upgrade it, nor is there any need to - the defaults for new settings are always as though they are unset.
TP only links to the help file in the same folder as textpipe.exe, so no magic there either!
Relative paths option for the location of replace lists?

Oh - and there is no way to choose where relative paths are relative to - they are always to the filter path.
