Hi Simon,
The help for Logging explains this as follows:
Show
Opens the log file in NotePad.
It would be an improvement if this feature were to be changed to use the Windows application (e.g. preferred text editor) associated with file extension .log
e.g. If the user's preferred application is Notepad++, etc.
Or if there is no Windows file association for .log, using the editor specified in Preferences Dialog.
i.e. As described in the Help page for Status Window.
Please consider this suggestion for the next release. Thanks.
