In My Filter List, TextPipe allows multiple filters [at the same level] to be selected at the same time.
It would be useful if the context menu could apply Make Into a Subfilter to the whole selection.
Currently, it makes only the first filter into a subfilter and deselects the others.
Likewise, going the other way, if Promote could apply to the whole selection.

Trying to think of possible "gotchas"...
Did you consider the possibility that non-adjacent multiple filters can be selected?
And that sub-filters at more than one level can also be selected, I think.

Thanks for giving it some thought. The approach we've used should work regardless - it looks at the parent of the topmost node in the selection, and places everything under that.
