Make the Open Filter List dialog resizable

It would help navigating to the desired folder and choosing the desired file if the Open Filter List dialog window was resizable.

IMHO, it's just too small, especially when one has verbose filenames for filters, and long paths for where they are located.

The same goes for the Save Filter List dialog.

I can't think of any sound reason why these windows should not also have the maximize and restore icons in the title bar.

Sorry - it's a hang-over from XP days, and probably won't be fixed until we move to x64, which we are starting to do now with our other apps.

OK - understood - XP did kinda restrict a lot of dialog sizes.
