In the Convert to and from Unicode filter, the dropdown selectors show no title for code page 1147.
I think this is a bug in the GUI.
Unless I'm mistaken, the name should be (IBM EBCDIC 1147-1/695-1 France).

Re: Code page 1147 ?
There are a number of Windows installed code pages that Windows does not provide descriptions for - we have no idea why they chose to do this.

But now that I've found the description....
Surely you can do a little research yourselves?

Re: Code page 1147 ?
After investigation, we've found that the code pages without descriptions are those that are supported but not installed, so we've added a message e.g. '1147 NOT INSTALLED' to reflect this.

Re: Code page 1147 ?
Beyond the simple literal meaning, what does "supported but not installed" really mean in practice for ordinary TextPipe users?

Re: Code page 1147 ?
It's Windows terminology, not TextPipe's. Windows 'can' support the identified code page, but support is not currently installed.
